All bookings within 14 days of game date are strictly non-refundable.
All bookings outside of this period are subject to a 50% refund upon cancellation. Our 100% money back guarantee is only offered to bookings that are booked at least 15 days in advance and are cancelled within 24 hours of that booking being made. All cancellations must be made via email to avoid any time discrepancies.
Before making a booking please take note of the minimum age and maximum age (if stated). Your booking will be forfeited without refund or compensation if you are turned away from your session due to being the incorrect age.
An adult (over the age of 18) will be required to sign the players in at the start of the day. At some of our venues, and adult may be required to stay onsite with the group during their session, please check with one of our advisors before you make the booking.
All bookings must be paid for in advance by our online booking service or via our booking line telephone number.
Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from KidsPaintball. If you place a booking and we are unable to accommodate the booking, and alternate date, venue or full refund will be offered. In receipt of your confirmation you must check that all the details are correct, as amendments may not be possible at a later date. You will be required to take a copy on the day as proof of your booking.
KidsPaintball reserve the right to cancel your booking without prior notice. In the event of cancellation on our behalf, an alternative date, venue or full refund will be offered. If your event is cancelled by us due to severe weather a refund will not be offered as this is out of our control.
If you wish to postpone or change the date of your event we must have 20 days notice. If a change of date is requested by the custome then an administration fee of £20 will be charged.
Players must adhere to rules and regulations at all our venues on the day of their event. Players should remain courteous to staff and game marshals at all times. Failure to do so may lead to you being asked to leave the site without a refund. Players must arrive on site at the specified start time on your confirmation. Players must be present for the safety briefing, failure to attend the safety briefing can lead to your event being cancelled and no refund or amendment will be offered.
Players that fail to turn up on the day of your event forfeit their paintballs. Paintballs are in no circumstances transferable to other members of the group.
You are not permitted to bring your own Paintballs. Additional paintball prices are subject to change.
Refunds are at KidsPaintball’s discretion.
KidsPaintball reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, without warning
If you are participating in the Junior Paintball sessions, we try and keep the juniors with players of similar ages. If there is not enough juniors on the day to make a full game, there may be some adults in your session to make up the numbers.
Whilst we take great care in choosing venues for you, KidsPaintball act as a booking agent and therefore are not responsible for the running, maintenance and equipment on the affiliated paintball parks. KidsPaintball are not liable for any claims against injury or loss of property on site.
Your confirmation email or letter will be sent on the day you make your booking, or on the next working day if the booking is placed at the weekend. If you do not receive either within 48 hours it is your duty to contact us as we are not responsible for ensuring you have received it.
Not suitable for pregnant women, people suffering from epilepsy, high blood pressure or heart conditions.
KidsPaintball have a zero tolerance policy with regard to any threatening or abusive behaviour made towards any of our staff members or any staff members working at our venues. If any threats or abuse are received from a customer, we reserve the right to withdraw any booking the customer may have in place, and refuse further communication with the customer.
